Chi Phi understands that the expectations of today’s college men are growing, and as a Fraternity we wish to enable you to meet and exceed those expectations and be a successful individual after graduation. The chapter provides support to our members through leadership, scholastic, social, and self-developmental programming. We know that college is a new and exciting time for incoming freshmen, but it can also be a little scary. What do I do now that I have finally got here? Who should I hang out with? What are the best classes to get into? Where is some good food around the campus? We can help with all of those questions, and tons more. We are a great source to go to when you do not have the answer to a question, and if we don't know the answer, we can always point you in the right direction. We like to keep our members involved throughout the 4
years they are in college, so they can be there when they graduate to come back and support their organization. We strive to make each member the best that they can be, and ready for the outside world when that time comes.Alumni are engaged to supervise the operations of the chapter, and the chapter house. They are always stopping by to see how their organization is developing, and to meet the new member class. We develop students to be the best while they're in college, so they can be the best when they are graduates of UNC Charlotte.
